twitter-bird-2-300x300So this is an impulse post.  I was just thinking about what good ideas and positive change we all could affect on the world by having some focused #TwitterTalks ?  For those reading my blog and are not up-to-date on Twitter and Hash Tags please Google the search terms “Twitter” & “Hash Tags”. For those in the know jump on in the water is cool here :)

I’m always fascinated by TED Talks as are many others.  I’ve also wanted to see Twitter implement some focused and open conversations.  Well, I guess I will get the talks started and see where it goes.

I just mentioned to a couple of people @cecilledesma, @rickgriffin and @marshallk .  Let’s see what happens after I send these guys a link to this post and what they say.  Everyone else is free to jump in and submit your ideas.

What do you think could come of having focused Twitter talks similar to TED talks but conversations?  What could be learned and what positive impact could such conversation have on you?

Here’s a TED talk to get us all thinking about what we might be able to do with #TwitterTalks .

Here Mihaly Czikszentmihalyi asks, “What makes a life worth living?” Noting that money cannot make us happy, he looks to those who find pleasure and lasting satisfaction in activities that bring about a state of “flow.”
