Currently I’m reading, “The Magic of Thinking Big“, by Dr. David J. Schwartz and something really caught my attention that should be very important to you.  Just read the quote below out loud to yourself and think about the images that the words create in your mind.

“We do not think in words and phrases.  We think only in pictures and/or images.  When you speak or write, you are, in a sense, a projector showing movies in the minds of others.  And, the pictures you create determine how you and others react.”

Think about how you communicate on your website, your brochures, how you talk about your products or services.  What impression are you leaving in the mind of your potential customers?

I know I’m thinking more & more about it.
